TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
For those travelling by bus:
Two buses have been booked with First Coach Cardiff. They will leave Rumney Conservative Club at 12:30 prompt on Friday 2 May. Estimated arrival time at Minehead, depending on traffic, is 15:00. The two buses will depart Minehead at 10:30 on Monday 5 May and return to Rumney Conservative Club. Estimated arrival time is 13:00.
The club will cover the cost of each player plus one parent/guardian to travel by coach to and from Minehead. Any additional family members who wish to travel, will need to contribute £10 per person towards the cost of the coach.
SCHOOL
Martin Evans (club Secretary) has been advised by a Council Educational Welfare Officer that children need to attend school until 11:00 on Fri 2 May. They should then receive a ‘P’ mark for the remainder of the day, indicating that they are taking part in an organised sporting event/activity.
ACCOMMODATION
Check-in Friday 2 May
You can arrive on site at Butlins from 12.00 and use the facilities on resort. Check-in is from 13:00. Accommodation units will be available from 16.00 (15:00 for Deluxe, Gold and Blueskies). Further information can be found here.

You must vacate your accommodation by 10.00.
SCHEDULES, FIXTURES & RESULTS - ESF SCORE CENTRE
Full schedules and fixtures are on the ESF Score Centre, which is updated throughout the weekend so you can view live results and tables.
TIP 1: Go to www.esfscorecentre.co.uk on your smart phone, tablet or computer and add the page to your home screen for easy viewing throughout the weekend.
TIP 2: ‘Set My Team’ to view your specific fixtures, results and tables throughout the weekend. You can still view other age groups etc, using the ‘View All Fixtures & Results’ button.
TIP 3: If you click on a fixture, you can view kit colours and maps of the pitch locations.
FACILITIES AT PITCHES
As changing and toilet facilities are limited at the pitches, all teams should get changed at the holiday centre before departing to matches. Food and refreshments are available at the football pitches.
WRISTBANDS
Wristbands will be allocated to each member of your party booked through ESF Events at Butlins. The wristband must be worn at all times and will be required to participate in the festival, enter the entertainment venues at Butlins and to attend the presentation ceremony.
PRESENTATION CEREMONY
The presentation ceremonies will take place in the Reds venue at Butlins on Sunday 4 May at the following times. Note: presentation times are subject to change.
