Accommodation
ESF, the tournament organisers, have launched a new online booking system for the Festival of Football at Minehead. This is more efficient than the previous paper-based system. It will enable instant confirmed bookings to be made, rather than having to wait for confirmation from Butlins.
Each club will receive a Unique Accommodation Booking Link from ESF. All reservations made through this link will be associated with the club. This will allow Butlins to allocate accommodation as close together as possible.
How to Use the New Booking System
Each family (or group, e.g. if 2 families wish to share) will book their own accommodation.
The Unique Accommodation Booking Link for Cardiff Crusaders will be sent to coaches and parents as soon as it is made available by ESF. Simply click on the link, which will take you into the online booking system. You will be able to see all the accommodation options available to you, make your own reservation and pay your deposits. You will receive a booking confirmation and be able to pay your final balance in due course. (According to ESF’s terms and conditions, final payment is due 56 days prior to the start of the tournament.)
Some of you have already handed in deposits - these will be given back to you.

Accommodation on Offer
One of the main benefits of the new online system is that you will be able to see the full range of accommodation available, both self-catering and half-board. A list of the accommodation on offer and prices can be found on the ESF website.
Further information about the types of accommodation can be found on the Butlins website. In addition, look for the link “COMPARE ROOMS AND APARTMENTS” for an overview of the range of accommodation provided. Please note that the child rate is for ages 2–14 years.
Please be aware that an under-occupancy supplement will apply if less than the maximum number of people stays in a particular type of accommodation, e.g. 3 people in a 2 bedroom (4 person) apartment. The minimum occupancy does not include infants under the age of 2, who go free if you bring along your own cot. You may also hire a cot for £10 (linen is not provided) or pay a £35 supplement if an infant under 2 sleeps in a bed.
Half-board
This consists of breakfast and evening meal. Evening meal is included on the day of arrival (Friday), but not if you arrive after the restaurant is closed. Breakfast is included on the day of departure (Monday).
Transport
The club will cover the cost of 1 adult and 1 player to travel by bus (coach) to and from Minehead. Any additional family members who wish to travel by bus will be charged £10 per person.

- Send an email to [email protected] stating the names of those that will be going and which team/coach they are associated with
